毛发移植联合生长因子治疗瘢痕脱发患者的临床疗效观察 |

| 摘要:目的? 探讨毛发移植联合生长因子治疗瘢痕脱发患者的临床疗效。方法? ? 选取2021年10月至2023年10月我院收治的瘢痕脱发患者86例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组43例,对照组采用单纯毛发移植治疗,观察组采用毛发移植联合生长因子治疗,均治疗6个月。采用瘢痕性脱发严重程度评分量表(SALT)评估患者治疗前后的差异,观察两组患者治疗前及治疗后6个月的毛发密度、毛发直径、毛囊成活率、终毛与毳毛比例、毛发抗拉强度、毛发光泽度、不良反应发生率,并采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估患者满意度。结果? 治疗前,两组SALT评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后6个月,观察组SALT评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组毛发密度,毛发直径,毛囊成活率,终毛与毳毛比例,毛发抗拉强度,毛发光泽度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为4.65%(2/43)低于对照组的18.60%(8/43),P=0.001。观察组患者满意度VAS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论? 毛发移植联合生长因子治疗瘢痕脱发患者可显著提高临床疗效,改善毛发质量相关指标,降低病情严重程度,降低不良反应发生率,提高患者满意度,具有较好的临床应用价值。 |

| Clinical observation of hair transplantation combined with growth factor in the treatment of cicatricial alopecia |

| Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hair transplantation combined with growth factor in the treatment of cicatricial alopecia. Methods A total of 86 patients with cicatricial alopecia treated in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with hair transplantation alone, and the observation group was treated with hair transplantation combined with growth factor for 6 months. The difference before and after treatment was assessed by the severity of cicatricial alopecia severity scale (SALT). Hair density, hair diameter, hair follicle survival rate, the ratio of terminal hair to ffne hair, hair tensile strength, hair gloss and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were observed before and 6 months after treatment. Patient satisfaction was assessed by visual analog scale (VAS). Results Before treatment, there was no signiffcant difference in SALT score between the two groups (P>0.05). At 6 months after treatment, SALT score of observation group was signiffcantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Hair transplantation combined with growth factor in the treatment of cicatricial alopecia patients can signiffcantly improve clinical efffcacy, improve hair-quality related indicators, reduce the severity of the disease, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, improve patient satisfaction, and have good clinical application value. |
