任务导向性训练辅以悬吊训练治疗痉挛性脑瘫的临床研究 |

| 摘要:目的? 探讨任务导向性训练辅以悬吊训练治疗痉挛性脑瘫的临床效果。方法? 选取2018年1月至2023年12月我院痉挛性脑瘫患者70例,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各35例。对照组采用悬吊训练治疗,观察组采用任务导向性训练辅以悬吊训练治疗,记录两组上肢功能(UEFT)、手功能(AHA)、平衡功能(MAS)、下肢核心肌群肌力评分(BBS)及治疗有效率。结果? 观察组上肢功能、手功能及下肢核心肌群肌力评分明显高于对照组,且观察组平衡能力好于对照组,观察组治疗有效率高达97.14%,而对照组仅为77.14%,差异在统计学上具有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论? 任务导向性训练与悬吊训练相结合,能够显著提升痉挛性脑瘫患儿的身体平衡感,对痉挛性脑瘫患儿的运动功能康复具有积极推动作用,且治疗效果显著。 |

| Clinical study of task-oriented training supplemented with suspension training for spastic cerebral palsy |

| Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of task-oriented training supplemented by suspension training in treating spastic cerebral palsy. Methods 70 cases of spastic cerebral palsy patients in our hospital were selected from January 2018 to December 2023, and were divided into observation group and control group by using random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with suspension training, and the observation group was treated with task-oriented training supplemented with suspension training, and upper extremity function (UEFT), hand function (AHA), balance function (MAS), lower extremity core muscle group muscle strength score (BBS) and treatment efffciency were recorded in both groups. Results The upper extremity function (UEFT), hand function (AHA), balance function (MAS), lower extremity core group muscle strength (BBS) scores of the observation group were signiffcantly higher than those of the control group, and the balance ability of the observation group was better than that of the control group; the treatment effectiveness rate of the observation group was as high as 97.14%, whereas the control group was only 77.14%, and the difference was statistically signiffcant (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of task-oriented training and suspension training can signiffcantly improve the sense of balance of children with spastic cerebral palsy, and has a positive effect on the recovery of motor function of children with spastic cerebral palsy, and the therapeutic effect is signiffcant. |
