彩色多普勒超声技术在乳腺增生及良、恶性占位疾病诊断中运用价值分析 |

| 摘要:目的? 分析彩色多普勒超声技术在乳腺增生及良、恶性占位诊断中的运用价值。方法? 对2023年3月-2024年12月间,连云港市海州区新南社区卫生服务中心2500例健康妇女进行两筛检查中乳腺超声结果进行回顾性分析,同时,与常规外科触诊结果进行比较。结果? 彩色多普勒超声技术对乳腺增生、乳腺结节、乳腺癌筛查的检出率均明显高于常规外科触诊,其中,乳腺增生1939例;在占位性病变中,乳腺结节Ⅲ及以上结节样病例为105例,恶性病例5例;常规外科触诊诊断乳腺增生1497例;占位性病变中,乳腺结节Ⅲ及以上结节样病例为35例,恶性病例1例,组间对应参数比较存在显著差异,P<0.05,有统计学价值,其中,彩色多普勒超声技术明确诊断为乳腺纤维瘤44例,占总数1.76%,乳腺导管内瘤3例,占0.12%。结论? 彩色多普勒超声技术在乳腺增生及良、恶性占位诊断中具有重要的临床价值,特别是对微细性病变的查找、诊断与鉴别诊断往往能起到绝对优势,对典型的病变均可以直接定性诊断,值得临床推广。 |

| Value analysis of color Doppler ultrasound technology in the diagnosis of breast hyperplasia and benign and malignant space occupying diseases |

| Abstract:Objective To analyze the application value of color Doppler ultrasound technology in the diagnosis of breast hyperplasia and benign and malignant lesions. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the breast ultrasound results of 2500 healthy women who underwent two screening examinations at Xinnan Community Health Service Center in Haizhou District, Lianyungang City from March 2023 to December 2024. The results were compared with those of routine surgical palpation.Results The detection rate of color Doppler ultrasound in screening of breast hyperplasia, breast nodules and breast cancer was signiffcantly higher than that of conventional surgical palpation, including 1939 cases of breast hyperplasia; Among the space occupying lesions, there were 105 cases of breast nodules III and above with nodular appearance, and 5 cases of malignant lesions; 1497 cases of breast hyperplasia were diagnosed by routine surgical palpation; Among the space occupying lesions, there were 35 cases of breast nodules III and above with nodular appearance, and 1 case of malignancy. There were signiffcant differences in the corresponding parameters between the groups, P<0.05, There is statistical value, among which 44 cases were diagnosed as breast ffbroadenoma using color Doppler ultrasound technology, accounting for 1.76% of the total, and 3 cases were diagnosed as intraductal breast tumors, accounting for 0.12%. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound technology has important clinical value in the diagnosis of breast hyperplasia and benign and malignant space occupying lesions, especially in the search, diagnosis, and differential diagnosis of subtle lesions, which often play an absolute advantage. It can directly qualitatively diagnose typical lesions and is worthy of clinical promotion. |
