达格列净联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病疗效观察 |

| 摘要：目的? 观察与评价单独使用二甲双胍与二甲双胍联合使用达格列净临床治疗效果，为2型糖尿病患者用药选药进行总结分析。方法? 随机选择2023年2月至2023年8月间，在滨海康达医院临床诊疗的70例2型糖尿病患者定为研究样本，均等分组，在治疗前均对患者进行深度健康宣教，然后，对照组仅使用二甲双胍，观察组两种药物联合使用，一个疗程（时长为三个月）后评价临床治疗效果。结果? 治疗一个疗程后，观察组经过治疗后，各种病理参数或指标的改善，明显好于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论? 对于二型糖尿病的治疗，首先需要对患者进行深度健康宣教，积极指导患者在短期内修正既往不良的生活习惯，同时，临床上应多考虑联合用药，因各种药物的作用机理不一，联合用药后可从多渠道修复患者血糖水平，减少多器官损伤的风险。 |

| Observation on the efffcacy of daggligin combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes |

| Abstract：Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of metformin alone and metformin combined with dagelin, and to summarize and analyze the drug selection for type 2 diabetes patients.Methods From February 2023 to August 2023, 70 patients with type 2 diabetes who were diagnosed and treated in Binhai Kangda Hospital were randomly selected as study samples. They were equally divided into groups. Before treatment, all patients were given in-depth health education.Then, the control group only used metformin, and the observation group used two drugs together.After a course of treatment (three months), the clinical treatment effect was evaluated.Results After one course of treatment, the observation group showed signiffcant improvement in various pathological parameters or indicators compared to the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of type 2 diabetes, ffrst of all,we need to carry out in-depth health education for patients,actively guide patients to correct their bad living habits in the short term, and at the same time, we should pay more attention to the combination of drugs in clinical practice.Because the mechanism of action of various drugs is different, the combined use of drugs can repair the blood sugar level of patients from multiple channels to reduce the risk of multiple organ damage. |
