新冠肺炎愈后患者心理健康的研究进展 |

| 摘要:新冠肺炎疫情给患者心理健康带来的影响呈现出多维度的特点。在其发病机制里,病毒与宿主免疫之间存在复杂的交互作用,这种交互作用造成了生理上的损伤。研究显示,患者大多时候出现焦虑、抑郁等情绪反应,同时伴有注意力下降、记忆功能出现障碍以及社交退缩等表现。临床实践,广泛性焦虑量表、凯斯勒心理困扰量表以及创伤后应激症状量表等工具为心理状态的评估给予了标准化的支持。干预策略上心理教育借助知识传递与技能训练来构建科学的认知;认知行为疗法着重于认知重构与行为激活;社会支持强化则是整合家庭、社区以及同伴资源形成协同网络。这些研究成果为理解新冠肺炎相关心理问题的发生机制以及制定针对性的干预方案提供了理论基础,突出了多维度干预对于促进患者全面康复的意义。 |

| Research Progress on the Mental Health of Patients after recovery from COVID-19 |

| Abstract: The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on patients’ mental health presents multi-dimensional characteristics. In its pathogenesis, there is a complex interaction between the virus and the host’s immunity, and this interaction causes physiological damage. Research shows that patients mostly experience emotional responses such as anxiety and depression, accompanied by decreased attention, memory function disorders, and social withdrawal. In clinical practice, tools such as the Generalized Anxiety Scale, the Kessler Psychological Distress Scale, and the Post-traumatic Stress Symptom Scale have provided standardized support for the assessment of psychological states. In terms of intervention strategies, psychological education builds scientiffc cognition by means of knowledge transmission and skills training. Cognitive behavioral therapy focuses on cognitive reconstruction and behavioral activation. Strengthening social support involves integrating family, community and peer resources to form a collaborative network. These research ffndings provide a theoretical basis for understanding the occurrence mechanism of psychological problems related to COVID-19 and formulating targeted intervention plans, highlighting the signiffcance of multi-dimensional intervention in promoting the comprehensive recovery of patients. |
