| 摘要：随着现代医学科技的快速发展，微创技术在骨外科领域的应用逐渐成为治疗骨关节疾病的重要手段。骨外科疾病，特别是创伤性骨折、关节置换、脊柱疾病以及关节炎等，长期以来对患者的身体健康和生活质量造成了较大影响。传统的开放性手术虽然能够有效治疗这些疾病，但通常伴随着较大的创伤、较长的恢复时间以及较高的术后并发症风险。本文旨在探讨微创技术在骨外科中的应用进展，包括其技术特点、发展历程及临床应用，评析微创手术的优势与挑战，并展望未来微创技术在骨外科领域的应用前景。 |

| Abstract: With the rapid advancement of modern medical technology, minimally invasive techniques have gradually becomean important approach in the treatment of bone and joint diseases within the field of orthopedic surgery. Orthopedic conditions,particularly traumatic fractures, joint replacements, spinal disorders, and arthritis, have long significantly impacted patients’physical health and quality of life. Although traditional open surgeries can effectively treat these diseases, they are often associatedwith substantial trauma, prolonged recovery times, and a high risk of postoperative complications. This article aims to explorethe progress in the application of minimally invasive techniques in orthopedic surgery, including their technical characteristics,development history, and clinical use. It also reviews the advantages and challenges of minimally invasive surgery and looks intothe future prospects of these techniques in the field of orthopedics. |
