一种人源希腊魏斯氏菌的分离鉴定 |

| 摘要：目的 对一株从精神病患者咽拭子中分离获得的希腊魏氏菌进行分离鉴定。方法 按咽拭子采样操作规程进行患者口腔分泌物的采集，并将其接种于培养基上，观察培养皿中细菌的生长情况及形态特征，并进行生化试验、16SrRNA分析试验和药敏试验。结果 分泌物经培养分离后初步鉴定为魏氏菌属，16SrRNA 扩增产物测序后经BLAST 分析，置信度为99.724%。该菌株对青霉素、万古霉素、复方新诺明、左氧氟沙星、头孢曲松均敏感。结论 经试验鉴定该菌为希腊魏氏菌，后续对其致病机理进行研究。 |

| Isolation and Identification of a Human Derived Greek Weissella |

| Abstract: Objective To isolate and identify a strain of Weissella cibaria obtained from the throat swab of a psychiatric patient.Methods Collect oral secretions from the patient according to the throat swab sampling procedure, inoculate them onto culturemedia, observe the bacterial growth and morphological characteristics in the culture dishes, and perform biochemical tests, 16SrRNA analysis, and antimicrobial susceptibility tests.Results After culture and isolation, the secretions were preliminarilyidentified as Weissella. BLAST analysis of the 16S rRNA amplification product showed a confidence level of 99.724%. Thestrain was sensitive to penicillin, vancomycin, trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole, levofloxacin, and ceftriaxone.Conclusion Thestrain was identified as Weissella cibaria through testing, and further research on its pathogenic mechanism will be conducted. |
