临床路径在慢性病患者管理中的应用与效果研究 |

| 摘要：本研究旨在探讨临床路径在慢性病患者管理中的应用现状、效果以及影响因素，旨在为优化慢性病管理模式提供参考依据。通过文献综述、横断面研究、回顾性分析等方法，分析了临床路径在不同慢性病管理中的应用情况，评估了其对患者预后、医疗资源利用以及医护人员工作效率的影响。研究结果表明，临床路径在规范诊疗流程、提高医疗质量、降低医疗成本等方面具有显著优势，但也存在一定的局限性。针对影响临床路径实施效果的因素，提出了相应的优化建议。 |

| Application and effect of clinical pathway in the management ofpatients with chronic diseases |

| Abstract: This study aims to explore the application status, effects and influencing factors of clinical pathway in the managementof patients with chronic diseases, so as to provide a reference for optimizing the management model of chronic diseases.Through literature review, cross-sectional study, retrospective analysis and other methods, this paper analyzed the applicationof clinical pathway in the management of different chronic diseases, and evaluated its impact on the prognosis of patients, theutilization of medical resources and the work efficiency of medical staff. The results show that clinical pathway has significantadvantages in standardizing the diagnosis and treatment process, improving the quality of care, and reducing medical costs, butit also has certain limitations. In view of the factors affecting the implementation effect of clinical pathways, the correspondingoptimization suggestions were put forward. |
