隔物灸联合抗菌药物治疗盆腔炎的临床效果观察 |

| 摘要：目的 探究常规治疗方法（抗菌治疗）联合隔物灸对盆腔炎的治疗效果。方法 纳入2024.08-2024.12 治疗的80 例盆腔炎患者为对象（由抽签分为2 组，40 例/ 组），抗菌治疗、抗菌+ 隔物灸分别引入对照组、观察组，对比差异。结果 比对比组，试验组疗效更高、炎症指标（CRP、IL-6）更低、中医症候积分更高（P<0.05）。结论 隔物灸联合抗菌药物治疗可以显著降低患者体内炎症水平，也可显著减轻盆腔炎中医症状，可获取较高的治疗疗效。 |

| Observation of the clinical effect of moxibustion combined with antibiotics in the treatmentof pelvic inflammatory disease |

| Abstract:Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of conventional treatment methods (antibacterial therapy) combined withmoxibustion on pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods 80 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease treated from August 2024to December 2024 were included as the subjects (divided into 2 groups by drawing lots, 40 cases/group). Antibacterial treatmentand antibacterial+moxibustion were introduced into the control group and observation group, respectively, and the differenceswere compared. Result Compared with the control group, the experimental group had higher efficacy, lower inflammatory indicators(CRP, IL-6), and higher traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of moxibustionwith antibiotics can significantly reduce the level of inflammation in patients’ bodies and alleviate traditional Chinesemedicine symptoms of pelvic inflammatory disease, achieving a high therapeutic effect. |
