改良式集尿袋在使用纸尿裤女患者留取尿液标本中的应用 |

| 摘要：目的 探讨使用改良式集尿袋为尿失禁使用纸尿裤的女患者留取尿标本的应用效果。方法 回顾性分析我科2024 年1 月至6 月使用纸尿裤的女患者（改良前）和2024 年7 月至12 月使用改良式集尿袋( 改良后) 留取尿液标本的情况，比较采用改良式集尿袋前后，我科尿失禁使用纸尿裤的女患者留取尿标本的例数。结果 采用改良式集尿袋在一定时间内能采集到足够的新鲜尿液化验的人数明显增加，与改良前比较有统计学意义。结论 应用改良式集尿袋可采集到使用纸尿裤女患者的尿液标本，不仅操作简单，取材方便，无需医疗耗材，而且无创无痛，达到了完善住院患者尿液常规化验的要求。 |

| Abstract: Objective To explore the application effect of using an improved urine collection bag to collect urine samplesfrom female patients with urinary incontinence who use diapers. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the urinesamples collected from female patients who used diapers in our department from January to June 2024 (before improvement)and from July to December 2024 using improved urine collection bags (after improvement). The number of urine samples collectedfrom female patients with urinary incontinence who used diapers in our department before and after using the improvedurine collection bags was compared. Results The number of people who were able to collect sufficient fresh urine for testingwithin a certain period of time using the improved urine collection bag significantly increased, which was statistically significantcompared to before the improvement. Conclusion The application of improved urine collection bags can collect urine samplesfrom female patients who use diapers. It is not only easy to operate, convenient to obtain, and does not require medical consum |
