海南地区2768例中小学生25-羟维生素D水平调查与分析 |

| 摘要:目的? 了解海南地区中小学生25-羟维生素D水平现状,为预防儿童青少年维生素D缺乏与不足、合理补充维生素D提供一定的参考依据。方法? 收集2022年-2023年来本院就诊2768例血清标本,采用直接化学发光法检测血清25-(OH)维生素D水平。根据性别、年龄、季节进行分组分析,将所有研究对象按照年龄不同分为<8岁组、9-11岁组、12-13岁组及≥14岁组。应用SPSS26.0软件对不同年龄、性别、季节的维生素D水平进行统计分析。结果? 男性与女性25羟基维生素D水平分别为(27.09±4.57ng/ml)和(24.34±4.28ng/ml),男性高于女性,差异存在统计学意义。25-羟维生素D在年龄上存在趋势,年龄越大,25-羟维生素D水平越低,且对于季节分析来看,在冬春季及夏秋季两个季节方面,对4个年龄组小学生进行25-羟维生素D水平比较以及分析VD不足及缺乏例数方面来看,其数据差异统计学意义明确。VD缺乏者317例(11.4%)不足者1937例(69.97%),不同年龄组VD缺乏分别为春冬季10(2.7%)、43(10.1%)、66(18.8%)、93(25.5%),夏秋季5(1.2%)、28(68%)、45(18.1%)、27(15.4%)。VD不足者1937例(69.97%)。结论? 海南地区中小学生25-羟维生素D水平低下,普遍存在缺乏或不足,25-羟维生素D水平变化与性别、年龄、季节相关联。有必要依年龄、季节适时补充VD,增加户外活动时间。 |

| Investigation and Analysis of 25-Hydroxyvitamin D Levels in 2768 Primary and Middle School Students in Hainan Region |

| Abstract:Objective To understand the current status of 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels in primary and middle school students in Hainan region, and to provide a certain reference basis for the prevention of vitamin D deffciency and insufffciency in children and adolescents and the rational supplementation of vitamin D. Methods A total of 2768 serum samples from students who visited our hospital from 2022 to 2023 were collected. The 25-(OH) vitamin D levels in serum were detected by direct chemiluminescence method. The subjects were grouped by gender, age, and season. All subjects were divided into Results The 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels in males and females were (27.09 ± 4.57 ng/ml) and (24.34 ± 4.28 ng/ml), respectively. The level in males was higher than that in females, and the difference was statistically signiffcant. There was a trend in 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels with age, with lower levels in older age groups. In terms of seasonal analysis, for the four age groups of primary school students, the comparison of 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels and the analysis of the number of cases with insufffciency and deffciency showed statistically signiffcant differences. There were 317 cases (11.4%) with vitamin D deffciency and 1937 cases (69.97%) with insufffciency. The number of cases with vitamin D deffciency in different age groups in spring and winter was 10 (2.7%), 43 (10.1%), 66 (18.8%), and 93 (25.5%), respectively, and in summer and autumn was 5 (1.2%), 28 (6.8%), 45 (18.1%), and 27 (15.4%), respectively. Conclusion The25-hydroxyvitamin D levels in primary and middle school students in Hainan region are low, and deffciency or insufffciency is widespread. The 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels are associated with gender, age, and season. It is necessary to supplement vitamin D in a timely manner according to age and season and increase outdoor activity time. |
