下肢动脉腔内血管成形术联合创面负压吸引疗法治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床效果研究

摘要:目的 分析糖尿病足溃疡患者行下肢动脉腔内血管成形术联合创面负压吸引治疗取得的效果。方法 将于2023年9月—2024年9月医院收治的60例糖尿病足溃疡患者随机划分为观察组与对照组。两组治疗过程中,均采用下肢动脉腔内血管成形术。对照组采用常规创面治疗方法,观察组实行创面负压吸引术。评估两组踝肱指数与创面愈合状况等指标。结果 治疗后,观察组各项指标相对较高,高于对照组,P < 0.05。治疗后,观察组创面面积较小,足背动脉血流速率较高,P < 0.05。观察组肉芽生长厚度较高,创面愈合率较高,细菌清除效果显著,P<0.05。结论 糖尿病足溃疡患者治疗环节,在应用下肢动脉腔内血管成形术的同时,对创面负压吸引疗法予以利用,可有效提升患者踝肱指数,缩小患者创面面积,提升患者足背动脉血流速率,加速创面愈合。

Clinical effect study of Endovascular angioplasty of lower extremity arteries combined with negative pressure aspiration therapy for wounds in the treatment of Diabetic foot Ulcers

Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of endovascular angioplasty of the lower extremity arteries combined with negativepressure aspiration of the wound surface in patients with diabetic foot ulcers. Methods Sixty patients with diabetic footulcers admitted to the hospital from September 2023 to September 2024 were randomly divided into the observation group andthe control group. During the treatment of both groups , endovascular angioplasty of the lower extremity arteries was adopted.The control group was treated with conventional wound treatment methods, while the observation group was subjected towound negative pressure aspiration. Evaluate the ankle-brachial index and wound healing status and other indicators of the twogroups. Result After treatment , the various indicators of the observation group were relatively higher than those of the controlgroup , P < 0.05. After treatment , the wound area in the observation group was smaller and the blood flow rate of the dorsalfoot artery was higher , P < 0.05. The granulation tissue growth thickness in the observation group was higher , the wound healingrate was higher , and the bacterial clearance effect was significant , P < 0.05. Conclusion In the treatment process of diabeticfoot ulcers , while applying endovascular angioplasty of the lower extremity arteries , the application of negative pressureaspiration therapy on the wound surface can effectively increase the ankle-brachial index of patients , reduce the wound area ,enhance the blood flow rate of the dorsal artery of the foot , and accelerate wound healing.
