探究中医药治疗对老年高血压患者临床疗效的影响 |

| 摘要：目的 讨论及研究中医辨证治疗老年性高血压病的临床效果。方法 纳入本次研究患者的数量为80 例，时间范围2024 年7 月份至2025 年1 月份，通过信封双盲法平均分配到对照组和实验组，每组40 位患者。对照组采用西药治疗，实验组实施中医辨证治疗。分析两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、失眠评分以及血压水平。结果 实验组患者的血压水平更佳，优于对照组患者，组间数据差异存在P<0.05；实验组患者的中医证候积分和失眠评分均优于对照组患者，组间差异具有统计学意义，P<0.05。组间存在对比性。结论 对老年高血压病患者开展中医辨证治疗，可以稳定患者的血压水平，避免患者出现失眠的症状，促进其恢复，值得推广使用。 |

| Abstract： Objective To discuss and study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation in thetreatment of senile hypertension. Methods A total of 80 patients were included in this study， with a time range from July2024 to January 2025. They were evenly distributed to the control group and the experimental group through the envelope double-blind method， with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with Western medicine， while the experimentalgroup was treated with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation. The TCM syndrome scores， insomnia scores andblood pressure levels of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were analyzed. Result The blood pressure levelof the patients in the experimental group was better than that of the patients in the control group， and the difference in data betweenthe groups was P<0.05. The TCM syndrome scores and insomnia scores of the patients in the experimental group wereboth better than those of the patients in the control group， and the differences between the groups were statistically significant（P<0.05）. There is a contrast between groups. Conclusion The implementation of TCM syndrome differentiation treatmentfor elderly patients with hypertension can stabilize their blood pressure levels， prevent insomnia symptoms， and promote theirrecovery. It is worthy of promotion and application. |
