| 摘要:目的? 对MRI检查技术在宫颈癌的诊断、鉴别诊断及分期中的临床应用病例进行回顾性分析,为后续该疾病的临床诊疗工作总结性研究。方法? 截取我院2022年7月-2024年6月间,诊治的88例临床疑似宫颈癌患者进行MRI检查资料,对患者病变及其周围器官进行细致辨认,明确癌性病变的分期,再与后期的病理分期进行比对分析。结果? MRI检查的诊断准确性、敏感性、特异性、分期和最终病理检查结果差异不大(P>0.05)。在MRI分期中,比例最高的是IIa期,其次是Ia期和IIb期。从高到低的其他阶段分别是Ib阶段、IIIa期、IIIb期、IVa期和IVb期。结论? MRI检查对宫颈癌诊断和病理分期具有较高的精准性,与后期病理分期具有明显的相似度,为临床后续治疗的方法、方式指明方向,值得临床广泛运用。 |

| Analysis of the Application Value of MRI Examination in the Diagnosis and Staging of Cervical Cancer |

| Abstract:Objective To retrospectively analyze the clinical application of MRI examination technology in the diagnosis, differential diagnosis, and staging of cervical cancer, and to summarize the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease in the future.Methods MRI examination data of 88 clinically suspected cervical cancer patients treated in our hospital from July 2022 to June 2024 were collected. The lesions and surrounding organs of the patients were carefully identiffed to determine the staging of the cancerous lesions, and then compared and analyzed with the later pathological staging. Results There was no signiffcant difference in the diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity, speciffcity, staging, and ffnal pathological examination results of MRI examination (P>0.05). In MRI staging, the highest proportion is in stage IIa, followed by stage Ia and IIb. The other stages from high to low are Ib stage, IIIa stage, IIIb stage, IVa stage, and IVb stage. Conclusion MRI examination has high accuracy in the diagnosis and pathological staging of cervical cancer, and is signiffcantly similar to later pathological staging. It provides direction for clinical follow-up treatment methods and approaches, and is worthy of widespread clinical application. |
