新时代公立医院党建与业务的深度融合路径探析 |

| 摘要：本文立足新时代公立医院改革发展实际，系统探讨了党建与业务深度融合的理论基础、现实必要性和实践路径。研究认为，推动党建与业务深度融合是加强党对公立医院全面领导的必然要求，是提升医疗服务质量的关键举措，也是实现医院高质量发展的内在需要。因此文章从价值引领、机制创新和实践探索三个维度构建了深度融合的基本框架，提出了强化政治引领、优化组织设置、创新活动载体、完善考核评价等具体实施路径，目的是要为公立医院实现党建与业务同频共振、协同发展提供了理论参考和实践指南。 |

| Exploration into the Deep Integration Path of Party Building andBusiness in Public Hospitals in the New Era |

| Abstract：Based on the actual reform and development of public hospitals in the new era, this article systematically exploresthe theoretical basis,practical necessity,and practical path of the deep integration of party building and business.Research suggeststhat promoting the deep integration of party building and business is an inevitable requirement for strengthening the party’scomprehensive leadership over public hospitals,a key measure to improve the quality of medical services,and an inherentneed to achieve high-quality development of hospitals.Therefore,the article constructs a basic framework for deep integrationfrom three dimensions:value guidance, mechanism innovation,and practical exploration.It proposes specific implementationpaths such as strengthening political guidance,optimizing organizational settings, innovating activity carriers,and improvingassessment and evaluation.The purpose is to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for public hospitals to achieveresonance and coordinated development of party building and business. |
