横突中段竖脊肌阻滞技术在腰椎手术和第三腰椎横突综合征的应用 |

| 摘要：竖脊肌阻滞技术是一项成熟的超声引导下神经及筋膜阻滞技术，利用神经走行路径，选择横突尖端和横突中段注射局麻药，从而达到阻滞脊神经背侧支、腹侧支的效果，起到镇痛的效果，我们采用了一种新的穿刺入路，侧卧位，利用“三叶草”成像，在横突中段注射药物，在脊柱手术镇痛和第三腰椎横突综合征的治疗中起到了更好的镇痛效果。 |

| Abstract:The erector spinae plane (ESP) block is a well-established ultrasound-guided nerve and fascial plane block technique.By targeting the course of the nerves, local anesthetics are injected at either the tip or the midportion of the transverseprocess to block both the dorsal and ventral rami of the spinal nerves, thereby producing an antinociceptive effect. In this study,a novel needle insertion approach was adopted: with the patient in the lateral decubitus position, injection was performed at themid-transverse process under“ shamrock” imaging guidance. This technique achieved improved analgesic outcomes in both spinalsurgery analgesia and the treatment of third lumbar vertebral transverse process syndrome. |
