磁共振动态增强成像与弥散加权成像联合应用在宫颈癌分期诊断中的价值探究 |

| 摘要：目的? 探讨DCE-MRI联合DWI在宫颈癌分期诊断中的临床价值。方法? 纳入本院2023年1月-2024年11月收治的79例宫颈癌患者，均接受常规MRI及DCE-MRI联合DWI检查。分析Ktrans、Kep、Ve及ADC与肿瘤分化程度和临床分期的相关性，评估两种检查方法的诊断效能。结果? 肿瘤分化越高，Ktrans、Kep低，Ve高（均P<0.05）；分期越高，Ktrans、Kep、Ve高，ADC低（均P<0.05）。DCE-MRI联合DWI分期准确率显著高于常规MRI（P<0.001），且宫旁侵袭诊断灵敏度和特异度更优（均P<0.001）。结论? DCE-MRI联合DWI在宫颈癌分期诊断中具有显著优势，能够提高诊断准确性和宫旁侵袭评估的敏感度与特异度，为临床治疗决策提供重要依据。 |

| Exploration of the value of the combined application of dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging and diffusion-weighted imaging in the staging diagnosis of cervical cancer |

| Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical value of DCE-MRI combined with DWI in the staging diagnosis of cervical cancer.Methods 79 cervical cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to November 2024 were included, all of whom underwent routine MRI and DCE-MRI combined with DWI examination. Analyze the correlation between Ktrans, Kep, Ve, and ADC with tumor differentiation and clinical staging, and evaluate the diagnostic efffcacy of the two diagnostic methods. Results The higher the tumor differentiation, the lower Ktrans and Kep, and the higher Ve (all P<0.05); The higher the stage, the higher the Ktrans, Kep, Ve, and the lower the ADC (all P<0.001), and the sensitivity and speciffcity of diagnosing parametrial invasion were better (both P<0.001).Conclusion DCE-MRI combined with DWI has signiffcant advantages in the staging diagnosis of cervical cancer, which can improve diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity and speciffcity of parametrial invasion assessment, providing important basis for clinical treatment decision-making. |
