Abstract:Objective This study aims to explore the feasibility of a family community joint early warning system for obesity in children aged 0-3 years old, and provide a basis for obesity prevention and intervention measures. Methods This study belongs to the prospective and randomized controlled trial type. The research subjects were selected from our hospital, a total of 60 children aged 0-3 years old, and the study period was set from January 2024 to December 2024. The research subjects were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. Among them, the experimental group used a family community joint early warning system to monitor children’s health indicators such as weight, height, diet, and exercise on a regular basis. At the same time, intervention measures were implemented in combination with family education and support provided by the community; The control group only carried out routine health education work. The data collection work was completed through parent questionnaires, body mass index (BMI) monitoring, and community medical service records. Then, SPSS statistical software was used for analysis to compare the incidence of obesity and changes in related health indicators between the two groups of children. Results The experimental group showed signiffcant improvement in weight control, height growth, and BMI values compared to the control group (PConclusion The family community joint early warning system has a practical and effective role in promoting children’s health management, and can further enhance the effectiveness of family education with community support. The joint family community early warning system for obesity in children aged 0-3 is feasible and can signiffcantly reduce the risk of childhood obesity, while improving the health management level of families and communities. Therefore, it is recommended to widely promote this system to better address the important issue of childhood obesity.
