Abstract:Objective To explore the value of D-dimer and coagulation function testing in prenatal examination of pregnant women. Methods 200 pregnant women who underwent prenatal check ups from 2022 to 2024 were selected, including 100 pregnant women with gestational hypertension (study group) and 100 healthy pregnant women (control group). Detect plasma D-dimer and coagulation indicators (FIB, APT, PT), analyze pregnancy outcomes and complications. Results The levels of D-dimer and FIB in the study group were signiffcantly increased (P<0.05), while APT and PT were signiffcantly decreased (P<0.05), and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes was higher (P5000 μ g/mL.Conclusion D-dimer and coagulation function testing have important clinical significance in evaluating the coagulation status of pregnant women with gestational hypertension, predicting adverse pregnancy outcomes, and postpartum complications.
