腔隙性脑梗塞多排螺旋CT影像表现及临床特征分析

摘要:目的? 探讨腔隙性脑梗塞多排螺旋CT影像表现及临床特征,分析两者之间的内在联系,为后续明确诊疗奠定理论基础。方法? 随机抽取2019年1月-2022年12月间在射阳县千秋镇卫生院进行CT诊断为腔隙性脑梗塞60例患者为研究对象,分别观察各腔隙病灶的位置、大小、数目等与临床症状存在内在联系。结果? 60例腔隙性脑梗塞患者,共检出104个病灶,单发性病灶为23个,占38.33%,多发性病灶为37个61.67%,病灶形态为斑点状、卵圆形的低密度灶,以基底节、丘脑及脑干多见;病灶形态为条片子状、裂隙状或者新月状的低密度灶,以屏状核、外囊处多见;不规则斑片状的低密度灶则以放射冠区多见;班点状、卵圆形病灶的大小在2.9-25.0mm之间,平均大小为(12.33±1.2)mm。结论? 腔隙性脑梗塞患者行多排螺旋CT检查,可较为准确的显示腔隙性脑梗塞病灶的部位、形态、大小、数目,为临床能及时提供有效信息,为患者早诊早治提供便利,同时,多排螺旋CT检查多脑腔隙性病灶检出率高、安全可靠,值得临床推广使用。

Analysis of multi-slice spiral CT imaging features and clinical characteristics of lacunar cerebral infarction

Abstract:Objective To explore the multi slice spiral CT imaging features and clinical characteristics of lacunar cerebral infarction, analyze the intrinsic relationship between the two, and lay a theoretical foundation for subsequent diagnosis and treatment.Methods Sixty patients diagnosed with lacunar cerebral infarction by CT at Qianqiu Town Health Center in Sheyang County from January 2019 to December 2022 were randomly selected as the research subjects. The location, size, number, and other factors of each lacunar lesion were observed to have an inherent relationship with clinical symptoms. Results Among 60 patients with lacunar cerebral infarction, a total of 104 lesions were detected, with 23 single lesions accounting for 38.33% and 37 multiple lesions accounting for 61.67%. The lesion morphology was low-density lesions with spot like and oval shapes, mainly found in the basal ganglia, thalamus, and brainstem; The lesion is a low-density lesion with strip like, slit like, or crescent like morphology, commonly seen in the reticular nucleus and external capsule; Irregular patchy low-density lesions are more common in the radial coronal region; The size of punctate and oval lesions ranges from 2.9 to 25.0mm, with an average size of (12.33 ± 1.2) mm. Conclusion Multi row spiral CT examination can accurately display the location, morphology, size, and number of lesions in patients with lacunar cerebral infarction, providing timely and effective information for clinical diagnosis and treatment. At the same time, multi row spiral CT examination has a high detection rate, safety, and reliability for multi brain lacunar lesions, and is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
