探讨疏肝理气法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床研究

摘要：目的? 探讨疏肝理气法对肝胃气滞型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床治疗效果。方法? 选择2024?年1 月—2024年12月崇州市中医院收治的60例肝胃气滞型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者，以随机数字表法分为治 疗组和对照组，各30例，对照组进行西药基础治疗，治疗组用柴胡疏肝散治疗，2组均治疗2月。比 较2组临床疗效、胃镜疗效，病理改善情况。结果? 治疗后，治疗组患者中医证候积分低于对照组 （P<0.01）；治疗组治疗总有效率为95.20％，高于对照组的78.64％，（x2=4.420，P=0.029）；治疗组胃 镜下总有效率为90.00％，高于对照组的71.64％，（x2 =?4.728，P=0.024）。结论? 疏肝理气法对肝胃气 滞型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者有较好的临床效果，可有效促进患者临床症状、胃镜下病变、病理等改善转归。

Exploring the Clinical Study of Soothing the Liver and Regulating Qi Therapy in Treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical efffcacy of the soothing liver and regulating qi method in treating chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) of liver-stomach qi stagnation type. Methods A total of 60 patients with CAG of liver-stomach qi stagnation type, admitted to Chongzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2024 to December 2024, were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group using a random number table, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment, while the treatment group was treated with Chaihu Shugan Powder. Both groups were treated for 2 months. The clinical efffcacy, gastroscopic efffcacy, and pathological improvement were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.01). The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.20%, higher than that of the control group (78.64%) (χ2 = 4.420, P = 0.029). The total effective rate under gastroscopy in the treatment group was 90.00%, higher than that of the control group (71.64%) (χ2 = 4.728, P = 0.024). Conclusion The soothing liver and regulating qi method has a signiffcant clinical effect on patients with CAG of liver-stomach qi stagnation type, effectively promoting the improvement and recovery of clinical symptoms, gastroscopic lesions, and pathological changes.
