The control group was treated with conventional massage exercise, and the observation group was treated with customized orthopedic insoles, and the arch index and Wong-Baker Facial Expression Scale score were recorded in both groups. Results The arch index of the observation group was signiffcantly smaller than that of the control group, and the Wong-Baker Facial Expression Scale score of the observation group was signiffcantly lower than that of the control group, and these differences were statistically signiffcant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Flatfoot problems should be dealt with early, and customized orthotic insoles, as a non-surgical, safe and non-invasive intervention, are not only easy to use, but also highly accepted by patients. It can effectively adjust the abnormal biomechanical structure and improve the balance of the body, so it has a high value of promotion in clinical practice.
