侧隐窝注射治疗腰椎髓核脱出所致神经根性疼痛的临床疗效与机制研究

摘要：腰椎髓核脱出是疼痛科常见疾病，常因压迫侧隐窝内神经根引发剧烈神经根性疼痛，严重影响患者生活质量。侧隐窝注射作为一种微创介入治疗技术，通过精准给药于病变区域，可快速缓解疼痛并改善神经功能。本文系统综述了侧隐窝的解剖特征、髓核脱出致痛机制，分析了侧隐窝注射的操作技术要点、药物选择及临床疗效，探讨了该疗法的安全性与联合应用策略。研究表明，侧隐窝注射对腰椎髓核破裂脱出碎片所致神经根性疼痛具有明确疗效，其机制可能与抗炎、消肿及神经调节作用相关，为临床治疗提供了重要参考。

Clinical efffcacy and mechanism of lateral recess injection in the treatment of nerve root pain caused by lumbar nucleus pulposus herniation

Abstract：Lumbar nucleus pulposus herniation is a common disease in pain management, often caused by severe nerve root pain due to compression of nerve roots in the lateral recess, seriously affecting the quality of life of patients. Lateral recess injection, as a minimally invasive interventional therapy technique, can quickly relieve pain and improve neurological function by precise administration to the affected area. This article systematically reviews the anatomical features of the lateral recess, the mechanism of pain caused by nucleus pulposus herniation, analyzes the key operating techniques, drug selection, and clinical efffcacy of lateral recess injection, and explores the safety and combined application strategies of this therapy. Research has shown that lateral recess injection has a clear therapeutic effect on nerve root pain caused by lumbar nucleus pulposus rupture and protrusion fragments. Its mechanism may be related to anti-inffammatory, anti-inffammatory, and neuromodulatory effects, providing important reference for clinical treatment.
