慢性萎缩性胃炎的病理变化与治疗策略研究

摘要：慢性萎缩性胃炎（CAG）是消化系统常见疾病，与胃癌的发生密切相关。文章对慢性萎缩性胃炎的病理变化，包括胃黏膜固有腺体萎缩、肠上皮化生、异型增生、炎症细胞浸润和微血管改变等进行了详细分析，其次全面综述了慢性萎缩性胃炎的病理变化与治疗策略，如根除幽门螺杆菌、改善胃黏膜屏障功能、抗氧化抗炎、调节胃肠动力和中医药治疗等，通过文章的研究旨在为慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床诊断、治疗和预防提供参考依据，提高对该疾病的认识和诊疗水平，降低胃癌的发生风险，改善患者的生活质量和预后。

Research on Pathological Changes and Treatment Strategies of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Abstract: Chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) is a common digestive system disease closely associated with gastric cancer development.This article provides a detailed analysis of the pathological changes in CAG, including atrophy of the gastric mucosalintrinsic glands, intestinal metaplasia, dysplasia, inflammatory cell infiltration, and microvascular alterations. Furthermore, itcomprehensively reviews the relationship between the pathological changes and treatment strategies for CAG, such as Helicobacterpylori eradication, improvement of gastric mucosal barrier function, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory interventions, regulationof gastrointestinal motility, and traditional Chinese medicine therapy. The study aims to offer a reference for the clinicaldiagnosis, treatment, and prevention of CAG, enhance understanding and management of the disease, reduce the risk of gastriccancer, and improve patients’ quality of life and prognosis.
