眩晕复位治疗椅治疗后半规管良性阵发性位置性眩晕的疗效观察

摘要：目的 观察对比后半规管良性阵发性位置性眩晕（PSC-BPPV）采用眩晕复位治疗椅辅助治疗与单纯Epley复位法治疗的疗效差异。方法 2020年1月-2023年1月的时间内在本院抽取病例样本，共纳入1000 例PSC-BPPV 患者，根据不同的治疗方法分组，其中选择单纯Epley 复位法治疗的500 例以对照组命名，选择复位治疗椅辅助Epley 法治疗的500 例以治疗组命名，临床疗效、生活质量、前庭症状指数评分及疼痛程度变化、不良反应是组间需要展开对比的主要内容。结果 临床治疗总有效率展开比较：治疗组高，对照组低，差异显示具备统计学意义，P ＜ 0.05；前庭症状指数评分、VAS 评分展开比较：治疗前组间两项评分并无较大差异，P ＞ 0.05；治疗后两项评分降低更明显的为治疗组，且与对照组的差距表达得到P ＜ 0.05；HDI 评分展开比较：治疗组、对照组的躯体、情感、功能、总分，治疗前，P＞ 0.05；治疗后，P ＜ 0.05；不良反应发生率展开比较：治疗组远低于对照组，P＜ 0.05。结论 眩晕复位治疗椅用于PSC-BPPVP辅助治疗，既能够有效提高临床疗效和生活质量，又可以缓解临床症状，减少副反应，值得临床选择和积极推广。

Observation of the therapeutic effect of vertigo reduction therapy chair on benign paroxysmal positional vertigo of the posterior semicircular canal

Abstract: Objective To observe and compare the therapeutic effects of vertigo reduction therapy chair assisted therapy andsimple Epley reduction therapy on benign paroxysmal positional vertigo of the posterior semicircular canal (PSC-BPPV). MethodsFrom January 2020 to January 2023, a sample of 1000 PSC-BPPV patients was selected from our hospital and groupedaccording to different treatment methods. Among them, 500 patients treated with simple Epley reduction method were namedas the control group, and 500 patients treated with reduction therapy chair assisted Epley method were named as the treatmentgroup. Clinical efficacy, quality of life, vestibular symptom index score, changes in pain severity, and adverse reactions were themain contents that needed to be compared between groups. Result Comparison of the total effective rate of clinical treatmentshowed that the treatment group had a higher rate and the control group had a lower rate, and the difference was statisticallysignificant, P ＜ 0.05； Comparison of Vestibular Symptom Index Score and VAS Score: There was no significant difference inthe two scores between the groups before treatment, P ＞ 0.05； The treatment group showed a more significant decrease in bothscores after treatment, and the difference between the treatment group and the control group was expressed as P<0.05; Comparisonof HDI scores: Physical, emotional, functional, and total scores between the treatment group and the control group before treatment, P ＞ 0.05； After treatment, P ＜ 0.05； The incidence of adverse reactions was compared: the treatment group wasmuch lower than the control group, P＜ 0.05。 Conclusion The dizziness reduction treatment chair used for PSC-BPPPP adjuvanttherapy can effectively improve clinical efficacy and quality of life, alleviate clinical symptoms, reduce side effects, and isworthy of clinical selection and active promotion.
