糖尿病肾病早期诊断应用生化检验的临床效果观察

摘要:目的 探究在糖尿病肾病早期诊断中,生化检验的应用价值,以期指导后续诊断工作。方法 主要筛选我院在2023 年10 月-2024 年10 月期间糖尿病肾病患者70 例,将上述相关数据指标纳入研究组。选取该时间段内,入院进行健康体检的70 例受检者与之进行对比,数据纳入对照组。上述样本均实施生化检验,对以上受检者的各指标水平进行对比,评估该措施的诊断效果。结果 通过对血液生化指标状况进行分析,相关指标差异显示糖尿病肾病患者与健康者的差异较大,研究组、对照组存在统计学对比价值(P<0.05);研究组患者尿液生化检查结果显示各指标水平均高于对照组健康体检者,统计学对比有意义(P<0.05)。结论 生化检验的诊断价值高,通过对患者血液及尿液生化指标状况进行评估,可以实现疾病健康的有效评估,对后续针对性治疗的指导价值高,应用价值显著。

Observation of the Clinical Effect of Biochemical Examination for Early Diagnosis of Diabetic Nephropathy

Abstract:Objective To investigate the application value of biochemical tests in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy,so as guide the follow-up diagnosis. Methods The data of 70 patients with diabetic nephropathy in our hospital from October2023 to October 224 were mainly selected, and the above relevant data indicators were included in the study group. 70 examineeswho were admitted for health examination during the same period were selected comparison, and the data were includedin the control group. The above samples were subjected to biochemical tests, and the levels of various indicators of the aboveexaminees were compared, the diagnostic effect of this measure was evaluated. Results Through the analysis of the blood biochemicalindicators, the differences in the relevant indicators showed a large difference between diabetic nephropathy patientsand healthy people, and there was a statistical comparison value between the study group and the control group (P < 0.05); Theresults of urine biochemical in patients in the study group showed that the levels of various indicators were higher than those ofhealthy people in the control group, and there was a significant statistical comparison (P < .05). Conclusion The diagnosticvalue of biochemical tests is high. By evaluating the condition of biochemical indicators in patients’ blood and urine, the effectiveevaluation disease health can be achieved, and the value of guiding the follow-up targeted treatment is high, and the applicationvalue is significant.
