中医护理技术联合西药在静脉炎防治中的疗效对比研究

摘要：目的 对比中医护理技术联合西药在静脉炎防治中的疗效。方法 选取收治的静脉输液治疗患者72 例，随机数字表法分为观察组（中医护理技术联合西药治疗）、对照组（单纯西药治疗）各36人。结果 相比对照组，观察组护理效果、护理满意度均较高，静脉炎发生率较低（P<0.05）；干预后，观察组疼痛评分较低、生活质量评分较高（P<0.05）。结论 在静脉炎防治中应用中医护理技术联合西药治疗的护理效果、护理满意度更高，能够有效减少静脉炎的发生，缓解患者的疼痛症状，提升其生活质量。

Comparative Study on the Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Technology Combined with Western Medicine in the Prevention and Treatment of Phlebitis

Abstract: Objective To compare the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) nursing technology combined withwestern medicine in the prevention and treatment of phlebitis. Methods A total of 72 patients undergoing intravenous infusiontherapy were selected and randomly divided into an observation group (TCM nursing technology combined with western medicinetreatment) and a control group (western medicine treatment alone) using a random number table method, with 36 patientsin each group. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had higher nursing effectiveness and nursingsatisfaction, as well as a lower incidence of phlebitis (P<0.05); after intervention, the observation group had a lower pain scoreand a higher quality of life score (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of TCM nursing technology combined with westernmedicine in the prevention and treatment of phlebitis achieves higher nursing effectiveness and satisfaction, which can effectivelyreduce the incidence of phlebitis, alleviate patients’ pain symptoms, and improve their quality of life.
