慢性胃炎临床治疗中针灸的效果及对临床症状缓解情况分析

摘要：目的 探究在慢性胃炎的治疗中，予以针灸治疗对改善患者临床症状所发挥的积极价值。方法 于2023 年8 月—2025 年8 月时间内开展本次分析，针对慢性胃炎患者进行治疗研究，患者对象来源于我院确诊并治疗的患者，共计纳入组内66 例。划分不同治疗组，组名是研究组和对照组，例数一致。对照组口服中成药治疗，研究组采用口服中成药结合针灸治疗方案，为期治疗共2 周。在治疗后，统计疗效数据、症状好转时间、并发症及半年内复发率四项指标数据，获取数据后进行对比。结果 ①疗效数据，以研究组总有效率数据96.96% 为记录，相较于对照组的总有效率数据75.76%，研究组疗效好，数据呈差异对比，P<0.05；②研究组各项症状好转明显少于对照组，P<0.05；③不良反应，获取研究组不良反应发生率为9.09%，明显低于对照组27.27%，差异存在统计学意义。④ 3 个月后，研究组复发1例，对照组复发7例，研究组复发率低，P<0.05。结论 在慢性胃炎的治疗中，中医针灸治疗对策可改善患者临床症状，减少不良反应与复发率，临床疗效好，值得推广。

Translation: Analysis of the Efficacy of Acupuncture in the Clinical Treatment of Chronic Gastritis and Its Relief Effect on Clinical Symptoms

Abstract：Objective To explore the positive value of acupuncture in improving the clinical symptoms of patients with chron?ic gastritis.Methods This study was conducted from August 2023 to August 2025, focusing on patients with chronic gastritis. A total of 66 patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital were enrolled, and equally divided into two groups: the study group and the control group. The control group was treated with oral Chinese patent medicine, while the study group received oral Chinese patent medicine combined with acupuncture, with a 2-week treatment course. After treatment, four indicators were collected and compared: efficacy data, symptom improvement time, complications, and recurrence rate within six months.Results ① In terms of efficacy, the total effective rate of the study group was 96.96%, which was significantly higher than 75.76% of the control group (P<0.05). ② The symptom improvement time of the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). ③ For adverse reactions, the incidence rate in the study group was 9.09%, significantly lower than 27.27% in the control group, with a statistically significant difference. ④ After 3 months, there was 1 recurrence case in the study groupand 7 in the control group, showing a lower recurrence rate in the study group (P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of chronicgastritis, traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture can improve patients’ clinical symptoms, reduce adverse reactions andrecurrence rate, with good clinical efficacy, which is worthy of promotion.
