Abstract: Objective Exploring the Use of Edaravone Dexborneol in the Treatment Regimen for Acute Cerebral Infarction+-clopidogrel combination therapy,The clinical significance of its effect on patients’ inflammatory factor levels。Methods Theparticipant recruitment period was set from March 2024 to March 2025,A total of 70 cases were included,All participantswere patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital。The enrolled patients were assigned to either a controlgroup (n=35) or an observation group (n=35) by means of the random drawing method; The control group received clopidogreltherapy,The observation group received Edaravone Dexborneol in addition to the control regimen;Neurological deficit, coagulation function, and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups。Results The observation groupdemonstrated a significantly lower neurological deficit score than the control group (P < 0.05);The observation group showedsignificant improvement in all coagulation parameters compared to the control group (P < 0.05);Data are presented relative tothe control group values,The observation group had significantly lower levels of inflammatory factors than the control group (P< 0.05)。Conclusion Clopidogrel combined with edaravone dexborneol for clinical intervention in the treatment of acute cerebralinfarction,It effectively promotes neurological function, improves the body’s coagulation mechanism, and significantlysuppresses the release of inflammatory factors, demonstrating remarkable therapeutic efficacy。
