复方益母草胶囊联合缩宫素注射液治疗产后出血的临床效果张晓晗

复方益母草胶囊联合缩宫素注射液治疗产后出血的临床效果

摘要：目的研究分析孕妇产后出血使用缩宫素联合复方益母草胶囊方式治疗的临床疗效。方法 2021年9 月至2022 年12 月出现产后出血孕妇42 例，按照奇偶数划分课题组，分别为常规组和联合组，每组21 例患者。在常规组中的研究对象用药缩宫素进行治疗，在联合组中给药缩宫素联合复方益母草胶囊进行治疗。结果产后出血量方面进行评价，联合组实施治疗后各时间点均低于常规组，组间数据存在差异（P ＜ 0.05）；在临床恢复指标水平和药物不良反应发生率方面，联合组患者数据明显优于对照组，组间数据存在差异（P＜ 0.05）。结论治疗孕妇产后出血时，缩宫素联合复方益母草使用，可在短时间内达到止血目的，利于孕妇产后恢复，值得临床推广和使用。

Clinical effect of compound Yimu tablet combined with oxytocin injection on postpartum hemorrhage

Abstract：Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of uterine hormone combined with compound Leonurus capsuleon postpartum hemorrhage in pregnant women. Methods From September 2021 to December 2022， 42 pregnant womenwith postpartum hemorrhage were divided into routine group and combined group according to odd and even numbers， with21 patients in each group. Subjects in the conventional group were treated with oxytocin， and the combined group was treatedwith oxytocin combined with compound Leonurus capsules. Results The amount of postpartum blood loss was lower in thecombined group than in the conventional group at all time points after treatment， and there were differences between groups（ P< 0.05）. In terms of the level of clinical recovery indicators and the incidence of adverse drug reactions， the data of the combinedgroup was significantly better than that of the control group， and there were differences between the groups（ P < 0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in pregnant women， the use of oxytocin combined with compoundmotherwort can achieve the purpose of hemostasis in a short time， which is conducive to postpartum recovery of pregnant women，and is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
