快速康复MDT模型在高龄前列腺增生铥激光剜除术患者中的应用研究

摘要：目的 探讨快速康复MDT模型在高龄前列腺增生铥激光剜除术患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2019 年5 月-2022 年12 月芜湖市某三级甲等综合医院收治的158 例行铥激光剜除术的高龄前列腺增生患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组，每组各79 例。试验组依据快速康复MDT模型实施护理，对照组给予常规护理，比较两组患者术后恢复情况。结果 试验组术后肛门排气时间、恢复正常饮食时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；试验组术后1 月IPSS 评分低于对照组，生活质量评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 快速康复MDT模型有利于高龄前列腺增生铥激光剜除术患者术后恢复，值得进一步推广。

Abstract：Objective Exploring the application effect of rapid recovery MDT model in elderly patients undergoing thulium laser enucleation for benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods 158 elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who underwent thulium laser enucleation surgery at a tertiary comprehensive hospital in Wuhu City from May 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group using a random number table method, with 79 cases in each group. The experimental group received nursing care based on the rapid recovery MDT model, while the control group received routine nursing care. The postoperative recovery of the two groups of patients was compared. Results The experimental group had shorter postoperative anal exhaust time and time to return to normal diet compared to the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The IPSS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group one month after surgery, and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05) Conclusion The rapid recovery MDT model is beneficial for the postoperative recovery of elderly patients undergoing thulium laser enucleation for benign prostatic hyperplasia and is worth further promotion.
