盐酸坦索罗辛治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效及对生活质量的影响

摘要: 目的 探讨慢性前列腺炎采用盐酸坦索罗辛治疗的临床疗效。方法 在我院2023.1-2025.1 选择100 例泌尿外科慢性前列腺炎患者进行数据分析，随机数字表法分组，每组50 例患者，研究组应用盐酸坦索罗辛治疗+ 左氧氟沙星片治疗，对照组应用左氧氟沙星片治疗，对比组间数据。结果 与对照组进行对比，研究组治疗后NIH-CPSI 评分明显更低，治疗后尿流动力学指标均明显更高，治疗后炎性指标均明显更低，复发率明显更少，临床疗效明显更高，治疗后生活质量明显更高，P ＜ 0.05；对比两组治疗前NIH-CPSI 评分、尿流动力学指标、炎性指标、生活质量，P ＞ 0.05。结论 慢性前列腺炎采用盐酸坦索罗辛治疗的临床疗效理想，治疗后患者生活质量明显提升，其他指标也获得明显改善，值得临床使用和推广。

Clinical Efficacy of Tamsulosin Hydrochloride in Treating Chronic Prostatitis and Its Impact on Quality of Life

Abstract： Objectiv Exploring the clinical efficacy of tamsulosin hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic prostatitis.Methods 100 patients with chronic prostatitis in the urology department of our hospital were selected for data analysis from January 2023 to May 2025. They were randomly divided into groups of 50 patients each using a random number table method. The study group was treated with tamsulosin hydrochloride and levofloxacin tablets, while the control group was treated with levofloxacin tablets. The data between the groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group, the study group showed significantly lower NIH-CPSI scores, significantly higher urinary flow dynamics indicators, significantly lower inflammatory indicators, significantly lower recurrence rates, significantly higher clinical efficacy, and significantly higher quality of life after treatment, P ＜ 0.05； Comparing the NIH-CPSI scores, urodynamic indicators, inflammatory indicators, and quality of life between two groups before treatment, P ＞ 0.05.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of treating chronic prostatitis with tamsulosin hydrochloride is ideal, and the quality of life of patients is significantly improved after treatment. Other indicators have also been significantly improved, which is worthy of clinical use and promotion.
