氢吗啡酮在高原开腹手术术后硬膜外镇痛的应用体会

摘要：目的 总结分析高原环境下硬膜外应用氢吗啡酮硬膜外镇痛的效果及不良反应。方法 参考氢吗啡酮的使用说明书和相关文献，制定适合高原环境下的使用剂量，于2025 年2 月-8 月间随机选取产科和妇科患者35名，记录使用后患者的VAS评分和不良反应。 结果 35名患者VAS评分0分的患者达80%，有不良反应的患者占37%且较轻，总体反应良好，值得推广。结论 在高原开腹手术术后应用氢吗啡酮硬膜外安全可靠，镇痛效果好。

Application experience of hydromorphone in epidural analgesia after high-altitude open surgery

Abstract：Objective To summarize and analyze the effects and adverse reactions of epidural administration of hydromorphone in high-altitude environments for epidural analgesia. Methodology Refer to the instructions for use of hydromorphone and relevant literature to determine an appropriate dosage suitable for high-altitude environments, with implementation planned.A random selection of 35 obstetric and gynecological patients was conducted between February to August in 2025, and their VAS scores and adverse reactions after treatment were recorded. The results showed a total of 35 patients. 80% of patients had a VAS score of 0, and 37% experienced mild adverse reactions; overall, the response was favorable, making it worth wide recommending. Conclusion The use of hydromorphone epidural administration after open abdominal surgery on the plateau is safe and reliable, with good analgesic effect.
