基于3D Slicer软件虚拟内镜技术对神经外科孤立颞角临床教学质量的影响

摘要:目的 分析在开展神经外科孤立颞角临床教学活动时,应用基于3D Slicer软件的虚拟内镜技术的价值。方法 选取60名学员,均为2022年8月至2024年12月期间在神经外科接受实习和规范化培训,经随机数字表法将其分为两组,对照组与研究组各30 例;对照组采用传统教学法,研究组采用基于3D Slicer软件的虚拟内镜技术进行临床教学,对两组的教学质量进行比较分析。结果 与对照组相比,研究组的理论知识、技能操作考核成绩均更高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组的学习趣味性、教学互动性、印象深刻度、3D空间感等教学满意度评分均更高(P<0.05)。结论 在开展神经外科孤立颞角临床教学活动时,应用基于3D Slicer软件的虚拟内镜技术能让教学质量显著提高。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the value of applying 3D Slicer-based virtual endoscopy technology in neurosurgical clinical teaching activities focused on the isolated temporal horn.Methods A total of 60 trainees undergoing internships and standardized training in the neurosurgery department from August 2022 to December 2024 were selected. They were randomly divided by random number table into a control group and a study group (n=30 each). The control group received traditional teaching methods, while the study group used a virtual endoscopy approach based on 3D Slicer software for clinical teaching. The teaching quality of the two groups was then compared and analyzed.Results Compared with the control group, the study group achieved significantly higher scores in theoretical knowledge and practical skills assessments (P< 0.05). The study group also received significantly higher teaching satisfaction scores for factors such as learning interest, classroom interactivity, depth of memory retention, and 3D spatial awareness(P< 0.05).Conclusion In clinical teaching of isolated temporal horn in neurosurgery, applying virtual endoscopy technology based on 3D Slicer software can significantly improve teaching quality.
